Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your lilyandyak.com purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
To initiate a return:
- Visit our Returns Portal.
- Follow the instructions to generate your return label.
- Pack your items securely and attach the label.
- Drop off at your nearest carrier location.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly assist you.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued in the original currency.
